2016 EXHIBITIONS part 5 - International exhibition of miniatures in Kursalon, Lipik

Women from http://bashart.info/ organized this event to contemporize (from now until all time this is a word/verb) the Kursalon in a small city of Lipik, Croatia. It was fitting that my miniature would be there.

The works are linocut matrixes that I colored and framed so they could become something new.

2016 EXHIBITIONS part 4 - International day of Poetry, Montenegro

Igor Huszag of the Huszags called me to hold a place during the Day of Poetry his association Vive L'Art organized in the capital of Montenegro, Podgorica. Not only did I exhibit some linocuts (which will not be shown as a close up because they are a start of something freshly baked), but to be one of the poets presenting their poetry. Some day the poems will be presented to you, dear reader. Not today. Tomorrow? No. Some day. Yes.

The solo exhibition was documented with a potato (it is of the more recent and truly senseful definitions of low quality). Not professional of me. My apologies.

2016 EXHIBITIONS part 3 - Caffe bar ŠKRABATORIJ

Marko from http://mejostrip.blogspot.hr/ made me had an exhibition here. His friend started to organize cultural events in this caffe based on Katarinin trg in the center of Zagreb. Had some etchings that had to be seen by the public. Luckily they had a black wall that I could draw on and put a giant colored "event" featuring the characters that were hanging of the walls of the place. A charming little caffe bar full of loving people whose minds are set in the 21st century. Also, the ~~opening~~ party was giant.

The name of the exhibition... "Introspectivity"

2016 EXHIBITIONS part 2 - Caffe bar GALLERY

Apparently people talk about me so a girl called and before I knew it I had a second opening in January in a small caffe near Kvaternikov trg in Zagreb. The girl/woman, Silvia Kovačević organized the exhibition and is the author of the documentary photographs I am showing you. http://www.silviakovacevic.com/

I exhibited silkscreens to hide the hideous coffee shop print already on the wall and some silkscreens and linocuts that were framed just for the occasion.

2016 EXHIBITIONS part 1 - Gallery PIKTO

It's been a long time since I have posted anything on this blog. Almost as if I forgotten about it. But no more. This is the first exhibition of the year 2016. Twas in January and now I am realizing that 2016 was shaping up to be a year full of exhibiting the work I made in the last year including some new ones. Some works will be recognized from a former post, but there are a few new paintings.
